Nabil is the founder and CEO of Alico Capital. Coming from an engineering background allows Nabil to lead the firm with a creative approach to developing financing and investment strategies for clients. His extensive experience in various property types in a variety of markets across the United States is an asset to every client.  As the head of Alico Capital, Nabil has established a strong network of contacts in all segments of the commercial real estate market who bring a wealth of options to potential borrowers. Nabil holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the Florida State University. Throughout his career Nabil has arranged over $2 billion in loans.

In his spare time he enjoys travel, culinary arts, and sports. He is an avid skier, tennis player, and golf enthusiast.

Ray Carabotta is the Managing Director at Alico Capital & Founder of Asset Capital, the investment side of the two companies. Ray realized his passion for real estate early on while attending the University of Arizona by majoring in Regional Development with specialty in Finance. With over 2 decades of experience Ray’s understanding the of various commercial markets across the United Sates has proven to be instrumental to his clients financing and investment needs. Being an investor himself, Rays knowledge has opened doors that were otherwise thought to be closed by finding creative financing and investment strategies that work. As Managing Director of Alico Capital and CEO of Asset Capital, Ray has established a strong network in all segments of the commercial real estate markets. Ray demonstrates an exceptional ability to foster multi-generational relationship with real estate owners and investors and form critical alliance with lenders to achieve success across the asset spectrum. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, golfing, skiing, sports, great restaurants and spending time with friends and family.

German Olano serves as a senior associate at Alico Capital and is responsible for seeking potential acquisitions and financing commercial real estate investments including direct property acquisitions, loan investments and note acquisitions.

Prior to joining Alico Capital, Mr. Olano served as an investment analyst for Costa Hollywood where he was responsible for putting together the acquisition of several parcels and for the short-term financing of the first construction loan at Costa totaling more than $50 Million Dollars. In addition, Mr. Olano served as a liaison between city officials and the trustee membership with the Greater Chamber of Commerce in the city of Hollywood. Mr. Olano started his career as a loan consultant working for Trust USA Mortgage in 1998 where he was one of the few in the industry doing private loans as well as doing conventional loans as a senior loan consultant for several developments.

Ana has worked with Alico Capital and their clients across the United States since 2008.  Her background is in marketing, advertising, and real estate.  Prior to joining the Alico team she worked with marketing firms representing GL Homes, Bank Atlantic Center, Broward College, and the St. Regis Hotel.

Ana holds a BA in Marketing from Florida International University.

Jose joined the Alico team as an analyst in 2018.  He is dedicated to underwriting and developing marketing initiatives.  He is also in charge of managing client relations.

Jose has previously worked in the real estate field as a sales associate for BlueGreen Resorts. He was the 2nd highest selling associate bringing over $850,000 in sales. Jose worked for DBoss Funding in South Florida arranging Long-Term VA Loans & Short-Term cash advances. Jose is currently pursuing  a BS in Finance.

In his free time he loves playing sports, working out, and traveling.
